Oscar was phenomenal from the start. He asked us a lot of questions to get a feel of what we were looking for. It was in our second batch of listings/viewings that we found the house perfect for us. He called the other realtor and told them we were going to put an offer down before they had 2 open houses (it was the 1st day the house was going on the market). There was another offer on the table from another party but, because of Oscar?s professionalism, they gave us the option to match the other party of negotiate with the seller. Oscar worked his magic and we are now the owner?s of this beautiful home! Even the people they recommended for the Home inspection were top notch!
