As first-time home owners, we were clueless and nervous about the buying process, but Oscar was very patient and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. In addition, we were very unsure of whether we should move to El Paso. We talked to Oscar and he did a decent job of selling the city.... Fast forward a bit, and I am now living in my new house in El Paso and I could not be happier. He helped us get just the right house for my family, we are both happy as far as what we wanted. He listened to what we needed/and or wanted and it all worked out.

ZillowVERIFIEDI have known Oscar for some time, but not until recently did I get to work with him on a professional level. I asked him to help me with the sale of my home to an acquaintance. The sale was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Oscar took the time to answer any questions I had, no matter how many times I asked them. He made the process fairly smooth and I was able to get close to what I wanted for my house. With the advice I received, I was able to avoid some pitfalls and possible problems by being made aware of them and how to avoid them. I have had to put the purchase of my new home on hold until the early summer, but I will definitely be calling Oscar to have him represent me again.

Not only was he on time for every appointment we made, he also was very flexible. Both my wife and I work, and he made special accommodations to meet with us with our unique schedules. There were even a few times where we contacted him on short notice and he promptly attended to our needs. At first, we were a bit hesitant because we knew nothing about real estate, but Oscar meticulously explained how the entire process worked and was readily available to answer all of our questions. Being new to the area, were unfamiliar with El Paso, but Oscar provided great insight on each area of town as well as the surrounding El Paso areas. During negotiations with the seller, Oscar advocated our needs to get us the best deal possible.
