Orson is the best realtor in the area, hands down. I'm not one to write reviews, but people need to know about our experience with him. My husband and I had been casually searching for a home, and when we got serious about one, we decided we needed representation. We thought we had found the home of our dreams, however that was not the case. When we brought Orson out to the home, he pointed out a buried oil tank (something that didn't even register as a red flag to my husband and I) and all the problems that could potentially be associated with that. Long story short, we didn't end up getting that house (thankfully!!). Orson stayed patient with us for over a year,and never once tried to just "make a sale." He knew that we were looking in a particular area and had a set price range, and didn't p try to make us compromise either of those. To top it all off, he's one of the friendliest, yet professional people my husband and I have ever worked with.
