Both Orion and Richard were extremely helpful. They were both very positive and their outlook on selling our home was always positive.This was a difficult time for us because our parents had lived in this home for 40plus years and our father had recently passed. They were very patient and did not push until we were ready. They also had to deal with three adult siblings when only one lived in the area and the other two in Calif. They communicated regularly by e-mail, phone or in person with all three of us.
