First of all, this guy is patient as a Buddhist monk. The process of selling a home can be frausteating. Dealing with idiot buyers and worse moron agents who rep the idiot buyers. Ophir was patient with all my needs and demands and I have to say I am not a easy man to please. Ophir not only sold my condo 2 month faster than I expected, he got 8% more than I've imagined. He broke our condo record for highest sold price for a 2br. Out of all these impressive qualities to have as agent, I was most impressed by how he filters all the garbage you deal with when you buy or sell a home.
