Helpful with the whole process, from house hunting to after signing he is still here for us with questions. Omar knows his stuff and is very patient and honest with his opinions, he will tell you whats wrong with a house and not try to leave things out or cover them up. ZillowVERIFIEDOmar worked with us to find our home for about three years until I found what I was looking for, he was so patient when I had scheduling issues, even during COVID following regulations we were able to buy! He was there from the showings all the way to the move in!! Hes still keeps in touch with us!!! I have never met a wonderful person him and his wife Trish are amazing! Not only are they knowledgeable, gave the best advice, but overall they are there for you! I will always recommend them!!

ZillowVERIFIEDIn possibly the worst buyers market ever, Omar somehow made the journey enjoyable. First, it started with him selling my land and getting me a good price for it. Nobody is buying land but he managed to sell it. He put out flyers, contacted adjacent neighbors, reached out to builders and other local land owners. Then, he helped me find an awesome house. We must have looked at 20 houses and made offers on at least 10 of them. Due to the market it was a nightmare. He assured me everything happens for a reason and he was right. When I got desperate to find houses I started sending him any and everything I could find in my price range. Not once did he ever make me feel like it was a bad idea to look at some of the houses I sent. Even if he had a bad feeling about one, he wouldn't tell me over the phone just so he wouldn't have to leave his house. He was always willing to meet and wouldn't give me his honest opinion until I asked for it, and not until we saw the home first. His opinions were always respectful and honest. He would turn me away from homes I wanted to make desperation offers on because he would remind me what I was looking for. He always did it respectfully and it was clear he just wanted what was best for me. A great example was him making sure I found a 3 bedroom for me and my 2 kids. So many times I wanted to settle on a 2 bedroom and have the kids share a room but he kept reminding me what I originally wanted for them. He didn't force his hand, but just reminded me of what I was looking for, and thank goodness he did. Easily one of the most respectful and genuine person I have ever met. Thanks Omar.
