We would like to share our experience working with Omar Galindo in selling our love one's home after her death. He provided us with a ball park appraisal of the property, assisted us in hiring a Probate attorney on a timely basis in spite of COVID 19. Omar is extremely knowledgeable of property values in San Carlos and guided us through clearing out the house, listing the property and guiding us through closing the escrow. So glad that Omar was our realtor as first-time homebuyers in the ultra competitive Bay Area market! It took us almost 2 years, and Omar was with us every step of the way - if there was a property we were interested in, he made time to see it with us and give us his advice. If we had a question, he was always available both via phone and e-mail to answer questions and provide clarification. Omar is the best! We began working with Omar towards the end of 2019, put the house search on hold in 2020 with the pandemic, and he helped navigate us through the crazy market in 2021 to help us find and land our dream home that we didn't think would be possible! He blew past all our expectations with his responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail for our specific needs and or requests. Omar is incredibly patient and provides an incredibly valuable perspective with his experience in real estate and construction. Omar routinely pointed out small things that I believe most buyers/sellers or other agents would miss including things not meeting code due to the spacings of things or set backs and gave insights on how easy or complex big or small renovations or repairs would be regardless of how simple or bad things appeared. Time spent walking through houses with Omar was orders of magnitude more valuable than any amount of time spent on Zillow, Redfin, etc. 10/10 would recommend if you're anywhere in the Peninsula!

Omar Galindo helped me find the perfect home. He patiently showed me several properties respecting my budget's limit and desired neighborhood area. He then helped me write offers until we found the perfect home according to my needs. My offer was not the highest but thanks to his negotiating skills and real estate experience he was able to put together a compelling offer and the buyer accepted it! The transaction went smoothly and closed on time. Buying a house can be stressful but thanks to his guidance and support, it was even fun. Omar was always professional, responsive, and understanding. He represented me well and was able to find me the best house to make it my home. His continuos support before, during, and after the process made me feel confident knowing he was always looking after my best interest. I could not be happier, I'm am already moved in and enjoying my own home and could have not done it without him! I highly recommend his services, you will not be disappointed!

Omar is undeniably the best realtor we have ever worked with!! We cannot recommend him more. We've bought and sold several times and have been through six real estate transactions for our personal homes (we've moved a lot). Every time, we worked with a different realtor since the ones we've encountered were subpar. So we did our research (will talk about our selection process later) and selected Omar - and now that our home has sold, we couldn't be happier. We interviewed 4 real-estate agents and by far, Omar was the most patient, understanding, honest, and forthcoming. We were upfront about interviewing multiple agents. Despite this, Omar provided us with a list of comps in our area. He spent time explaining to us which comps we should use and which ones were not good comparisons. When other realtors told us we could list at a higher price, I was able to review their comps and knew when their suggested prices were exaggerated. Omar also provided us with a complete list of his closings in the last 6 months and a bit of background on each home. He even provided us with a number of referrals we could contact. Given the coronavirus and the fact that we were relocating out of the bay area, Omar did not get to see our home until we were almost moved out. We literally entrusted our home to Omar and left the state! Omar inherited a home filled with trash. He personally oversaw the cleanup, painting and repairs, staging, and photography. Our home was barely recognizable in the photographs and 3D virtual walkthrough (matterport)!! We were so floored by Omar's work that we genuinely wished we could have had him arrange our house for us before we moved in years ago. Not only were we impressed by Omar's professionalism and attention to detail, the results and traffic spoke for its self. Our house was on the market for a couple days shy of 3 weeks. In that time, we were a hot home on redfin, we had approximately 20+ showings per week, and received 3 offers. We ultimately selected a full price offer with no contingencies. In short, you should select Omar for the following reasons. (1) he is knowledgeable regarding the market and the area. He has lived in the bay area for decades and has network of good relationships in real estate and local government. (2) He carefully researches various options and uses data to support his recommendations (3) He is extremely patient. We never felt rushed or pushed into any decisions (4) He is professional and accessible. He was upfront regarding expectations and he always delivered beyond 100%. He was also extremely responsive to phone calls and texts. (5) He genuinely cares about his clients and their listing. From personal experience, I have no doubt that Omar treated our sale like his own property. Do yourself a service and hire Omar right away!! He is nothing short of AMAZING.
