1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Hire an agent. There is no cost to this typically but you get a licensed professional to assist with the biggest check you will most likely write in your life.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Ask the agent what they will do besides place the home in the MLS.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers, investors, builders, developers and buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I assisted a first time seller who was very nervous about the selling process. By the end of the transaction they said it was way smoother than they anticipated because I took care of it all.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My passion for homes and the opportunity I saw in building wealth through owning real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
A lot of personal experience with buying and selling homes. That puts me in a buyers shoes 5-7 times a year as well as in a sellers shoes 5-7.
