She used all her resources to make sure we could see homes in real-time rather than sending photos. We used live video-chats which helped tremendously during the house-hunting process. Rather than letting us spend money on inspections, Olivia made sure to find all previous information about each property we were interested in. She did a ton of investigating. When we found the house we loved, Olivia made sure to find all information about the house. When the appraisal was made, Olivia spotted several mistakes made by the appraiser and worked diligently to have the information corrected. We felt confident and relaxed after every interaction with Olivia. During escrow, we were able to visit the property to physically walk-through it and meet Olivia in person.
