Olga Pidhirnyak

Olga Pidhirnyak has always worked tirelessly to represent her clients in the sale or purchase of property. Originally from Ukraine, Olga Graduated from Ternopil National Pedagogical University, majoring in Education and English. When Olga came to the US she worked as a residential real estate agent for 2 years but decided to move into commercial real estate working on the sale and lease of Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Retail and Industrial Properties. As a liaison for the attorney's, for seven years, she worked to help her clients obtain loan modifications and sell their properties in short sales. She worked closely with Title Companies, short sale sellers, buyers, processors and negotiated with the banks on behalf of her clients. While working at a Real Estate Investment and Development Company Olga was responsible for 1000 successful loan modifications. The interest and principle on loans from $300,000 to $1,200,000 were renegotiated into new loans her clients could manage. This experience developed her negotiating skills she uses today to represent her client's interests.
