When you decide to buy a condo, its very hard and time consuming to find the one that meets your criteria and budget. I have contacted Sevda by chance, and it was my lucky chance. I wanted to see an apartment that I liked on zillow. She responded right away. It was a great beginning. She holds your interests, doesnt waste your time. Sevda was responsive all the time, even she didnt answer the phone, she would call back within 5 min. Then we started talking, she asked me to describe what im looking for. The next 3 apartments she sent me to look were all great. The minute I saw our condo, i knew it was it. Sevda helped me go fast with application, answered all my questions. What i appriciate the most, is that when there were questions going forward closer to closing, she helped us as well. Condo had an open permit. We understand that its not violation but were very hesitant. We loved the apartment but were unsure of open permit on title. Sevda made a conference call for us with the person who explained us everything in details and what consequences could be. We are happy we decided to continue with purchase cause when you understand everything its easier to make a choice. Sevda knows the market, she gives great advices. She is goes above and beyond.
