Saying that Obie is a great agent does not adequately capture how outstanding my experience was purchasing my first home with her. For everyone who has gone through the process of purchasing your first home, you understand how nerve wracking the process can be and the multitude of questions one has. From where do I look, to how much should I spend, to simply what the heck is escrow? With Obie as my agent, she was able to field all these questions with ease and guide me through this often convoluted and stressful process. Two of the most treasured characteristics about Obie is her candor and her drive to get you the deal. During my closing process, Obie communicated effectively, coordinated with all the involved parties to make sure we stayed on top of our schedule, and even convinced the owner of the construction company that did the remodeling to transfer the warranty of the work from the seller to me. Moreover, since she helped another grateful homeowner buy the house across the street from my new home , she introduced me to my new neighbor before I moved it.
