ZillowVERIFIEDAs first-time home buyers, my wife and I looked for houses all over California. The most interesting thing we would run into is the different qualities of realtor agents. We had ok agents, and others just wanted to make a quick sale and move on. But surprisingly, there were a few agents that just stood there without saying anything or not having any information on a house. When we would ask a question, they would answer with, um, I don't know. Finally, my wife and I grew tired. On many occasions, we would drive 6 hours to look at a house, get there, look at the home and turn around. Doubt had started to set in for us. We even considered extending our lease on our apartment because we were not getting anywhere near finding something we wanted. So, my wife and I changed our tactics. Instead of hunting for a house, we shopped for a realtor agent. As soon as we started doing that, everything changed for us. She is very knowledgeable, does her research, explains everything in simple terms, and answers hundreds of questions we had. She is a very welcoming and confident person.
