As first-time home buyers, my wife and I looked for houses all over California. The most interesting thing we would run into is the different qualities of realtor agents. We had ok agents, and others just wanted to make a quick sale and move on. But surprisingly, there were a few agents that just stood there without saying anything or not having any information on a house.
