Purchasing our new home was extremely easy and the process he outlined made it clear and seamless. From the search to the closing, everything was setup for us to understand all the details in a simple manner. All information was provided to us early and outlined, to ensure we knew exactly what we were signing up for. Selling our house had me worried as it was a very slow time in the market. He provided his strategy on when we should list the house, price points, and timing. Initially I did not agree with this strategy, however I did listen as my initial research of him stated his expertise in the market we are listed in. Not only did we get full asking, but we did so in 4 days. During the time of year (during the holidays), this exceeded all of our expectations. I could not have been more satisfied with his services and highly recommend his services for anyone looking to purchase or sell a house.
