1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
My advice is be prepared and get a professional to help you! There will be many important questions that need to be asked and having a licensed Realtor by your side can make all the difference, best part is that our services to buyers are free since the sellers pay our commission! A Realtor will help you get to know your options and make you aware of important facts about the areas you're looking to buy. A Realtor will give you more information about the real estate market in your area and once it's time to make an offer...a Realtor fight to get you the best deal possible!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Get a professional's opinion on the value of you home! Don't guess what you think the property is worth, interview a Realtor and get the most information about your real estate market. It's proven that properties sell for more and faster when listed by a Realtor. We know what questions to ask before showing buyers your property, how to market your property for maximum exposure and we also give your a free market analysis so you know your getting top dollar for your property! You wouldn't go to court without a lawyer representing you, why sell your house without a Realtor? Having a knowledgeable and enthusiastic licensed Realtor can make all the difference!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with many sellers and buyers to include: military families, first-time home buyers, sellers relocating, government employees, investors and commercial property owners!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold a property to a military family looking to settle down. They have 3 small children and had been moving around the entire world for several years. They were very ready to start a new chapter and finally give their children the stability of having a forever home! It was such a pleasure to hand them the keys and see their smiles! I know they will make beautiful memories to last a lifetime and I am so thankful I get to be a part of that transition!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in 2016 and before I got my license I was a branch manager for a bank. After working in banking for several years I decided to try a different field in business; one where I could make my own hours and yet have a deeper purpose. Real estate felted like the right path for me at the time because it doesn't take too long to get your classes done and once you pass your exam you can start working right away. I continue to grow and love what I do today, in this industry the sky is the limit!
