Noemi Cardoso Seven Gables Real Estate

Noemi was born and raised in Brasil. She moved to Boston in 1999 to be closer to her mom and siblings. In her past life, she worked in Hotel Reclassification and later she was a Bank Manager and a Junior Investment Adviser with a large corporate bank. In 2005, after almost 20 years in banking, with the children grown and living their own life adventures she decided it was time to take a risk and start something new. That is when she became a Realtor. After a successful career in the East Coast, her only child in the US finished college and decided to move to SoCal with her fiance in 2014. In April/May 2015 she completed a 8 days cross country trip from Boston to Huntington Beach, checking one of the items off her bucket list to be closer to her daughter, her now husband and to future grandbabies. In August she took the California exam and obtained her CA Real Estate License. After interviewing with few offices in Huntington Beach she started practicing real estate again in October. While trying to adapt to the difference in weather and, without a doubt the real estate market as well Noemi's goal is to create an equally successful career as she had on the East Coast. There are many great agents out there, they all have something different that can enhance their services and the benefits to their clients. Noemi believes that her mindset combined with her skillset and the actions she takes truly sets her above the competition. She's especially strong on her negotiation skills, which is a value in itself for buyers and sellers, but when combined with her open communication and her focus in creating realistic expectations helps reduce the stress that a real estate transaction can incur. Her true care for learning, listening and understanding her client's needs, allows her to create relationships that lasts a lifetime with most of her clients.
