We met Noelle almost a year ago . She is a wonderful woman who helped us find the home we now live in . She want above and beyond to help us. She is very knowledgeable about buying a home . She spent may late nights doing paperwork for us. Also talking with us. She is also very knowledgeable about a lot of areas, she will look out for you as will. Noelle was great at first. She was knowledgeable about the area and home I was interested in. She even referred me to some lenders as I'm relocating in 8 weeks. I contacted a lender and completed all the paperwork for approval the next day. I am a qualified buyer with good credit and income so getting approved for a loan was never going to be an issue. Noelle promised me a FaceTime showing as no later than Monday March 20th. I text her and asked her what time she was planning on doing the showing with me in the afternoon day of because I hadnt heard from her. She told me that I needed to wait until the next day because she hadnt heard back from the lender. I then told her I understand however she never previously stated that I needed to wait for the lender as I know I will qualify for a mortgage. She then called me and tried saying again that she was waiting on the lender I began to repeat what I previously said and she lost it on me. She told me she was doing me a favor by showing the home to me and she doesnt get paid unless she sells the house. She then said I cant talk to her like that although I'm still baffled as to exactly what she meant and that I could find someone else to show me the house and hung up. I am appalled at Noelles unprofessional behavior and would not recommend her to anyone.
