I contacted Noel a couple of months before my house was sold. I found him to be very responsive - he always got back to me right away, almost always within hours. He checked in with me every ten days or so before my house was placed on the market to see how my packing, decluttering, and other preparatory chores were coming. He was very helpful with giving me referrals for a moving company and others needed to prep my house for sale such as painters, cleaners, landscapers, handimen. He was willing and able to effectively serve as a middleman with some of these referrals. I used his referrals and they all worked out very well. Noels analysis of the market, my timing, and the expected time from listing to closing was right on the money. The negotiations between us and the buyer went very well. I am convinced that the smoothness and success of the whole experience was because of his professional efforts. I enthusiastically and unreservedly recommend him.

I had no previous real estate experience or knowledge when I was connected with Noel through a mutual friend. However, Noel was quick to walk me through the entire process and allowed me to have fun and feel at ease about the entire experience. Every time I had a question, Noel had an answer for me or went out of his way to find that answer. Every time I needed to tour a house, Noel accommodated my schedule. He had my best interests in mind when I liked a few houses more than they were worth. And when we finally submitted a winning offer, the selling agent sent me a letter that told me, Noel was the biggest reason my offer was selected. We didnt have the highest bid by a large margin, but his willingness to finalize paperwork immediately and his persistence in following up with the agent in the coming days showed the previous owner our sincerity and interest in the house. I would highly recommend Noel to anyone that wants a true professional as their agent.
