I want to start out by saying I use to be a home inspector in Oregon and worked with a lot of realtors so when I say Noel is one of the best I mean it! He is very responsive, quick to get back to you, and willing to do everything he possibly can to help you. We needed to rent our new purchase back for a few weeks (The house was vacant) and he was amazing and negotiated the deal so we would be able to do that.
