We were the buyers and Mr Cohen represented the seller. He gave access to my final walk through. This was my first time meeting him and he was not professional at all. He arrived with a child. And as he walked us through the house the child was present at all times. He seemed over confident and had a trying to be funny character.I was not there to laugh, i was there for business. As we walk through the house there was no water running through the pipes. He then turns the main water on and water exploded from the pipe where the meter was. As he got all wet he turned the water off. He then calls the plumber to fix the repair and asked me to wait for the plumber. I refused and walked out. I was then called back to return 4 hours later. When I returned, I asked if everything was good. He tells me in a joking manner aEURoe man, everything is messed up hereaEUR?. He then shows me the fixed repair and I noticed the digital meter was not running. I asked him why? He states aEURoe I think when you run the water for a long period of time, the meter will turn on. I walked out again. The correct answer was that the water company has to come and turn it on. He seemed like a guy jus trying to make a deal and hurry the process. He delayed my buying process with his unprofessionalism. I would not recommend anyone to Mr Cohen.

I have to say I couldnt have gotten a better realtor than Noel. He was very understanding. He took his time with us. He also was very informative and helped guide me to making the best decision for my rental which I'm very very happy with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He's knowledgeable, caring, and is always looking out for your best interest.

What an experience it was, not only was it a nightmare selling the coop I had but having a broker like Noel made it easy to get through. Once you hire him you are not only his client, but family as well. He will guide you through every step of the way and explain everything in detail. If you have any questions just give him a call and he will respond, if not he will call back right away. You are his main priority and he truly makes you feel that way.

Noel did an outstanding job helping us find our new apartment ! We were looking for something in the neighborhood and in our price range and he was able to find us just that ! He was very quick to respond to us and were able to view the apartment same day and we had the keys to our new apartment in hand in less than a week.
