Wyatt did an exceptional job helping us purchase our home in Sisters. Initially Wyatt sent me videos and went out to the property for me and even face-timed me so that I could make an informed decision remotely. Wyatt is incredibly connected in his community and is experienced in home renovation himself - he told me right from the start that this home had "good bones" and that resonated with me, I felt like I could trust his opinion. Time was of the essence to make an offer or loose this home, and Wyatt understood that by acting quickly, for me to immediately secure, and eventually close this deal. Wyatt communicated with me on a daily basis, he also met with the home inspector and various contractors at the property, he prompted them to move quickly for us and shared the reports with me, to help me feel secure in my decision to move forward even though at the time I had to be far away. I finally met Wyatt a day before we closed on this house and I say without hesitation that he is a good man, one that you can trust to have your best interest at heart. Wyatt is not just a realtor but he helped bring my family back together, I am so grateful to be able to live close to my loved ones, he understood the objective of bringing our family together again and executed.
