Were first time buyers and could not have done this without Chad. He spent so much time with us explaining every piece of how the process works before we even knew whether we were going to be able to buy. As a result we knew what we were getting into, felt incredibly comfortable with the terminology (and asking Chad when something was said that we didnt understand), and felt confident in buying. Chad spent a lot of time getting to know what we were looking for and offered his own honest opinions to help guide us, as well. His experience and opinions were invaluable, especially as first timers. We felt very taken care of and secure with Chad throughout the entire process. He went to bat for us repeatedly both in getting us into see places that werent yet on the market and when our loan company started to be a real pain throughout the closing process. He kept us calm and never let us feel like things were out of control which was huge for my anxiety.
