He's a big thinker, often times a perfectionist, and he's got a knack for negotiations. Noah's clients appreciate the white glove concierge service his team provides, his insider knowledge (we never know how he knows), and entrepreneurial approach to each deal. In the early 2000s, Noah began his real estate career and quickly tapped into the work ethic he learned on the athletic fields of Boys' Latin School. Realizing clients deserved more he began to employ an inside-out approach to building his concierge service team, and soon the awards piled up and business flourished. With a mixture of intuition and experience, positivity and insight, Noah guides buyers and sellers of all sizes through the housing market- from start to finish. You'll find Noah in Homeland after work, usually picking up sports equipment in the front yard that belong to his children. With a penchant for travel and family, a perfect day for Noah would have to include a weekend trip to Cape May, New Jersey with his wife and three boys.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Our team leverages the Sotheby’s brand for your benefit through a vast network to find you the perfect home. Finding houses for our buyers BEFORE they are on the market is our specialty and your advantage.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
3-6 months before you sell your home, our team will come in and evaluate your home to unlock the hidden potential of your home to increase market value. If any work needs to be done, we will provide a list of vetted and dependable vendors, get estimates, schedule appointments, and make sure all approved work is completed- and on time. Get any small (or large) work done before you list the house and we'll make sure you are getting top dollar.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Our team has worked with every type of client- first time homebuyers to luxury home buyers, empty nesters looking to downsize to growing families. We've worked quite often with the medical and financial sector who are relocating to Baltimore, we do have speciality in that area and certainly enjoy showing off our city to newcomers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We don't discuss transactions because we take our client's privacy very seriously but the majority of our clients are from referrals. The other set are from clients who have been on the other end of one of our negotiations.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I had family in real estate and given my interest in the field, I started over 18 years ago. I was lucky enough to learn from the very best in the business and was taken under the wing of some of the giants in the industry. I took to it very quickly, the awards piled up, I was a Rookie of the Year and the rest is history.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
While we have special education in real estate - both residential and commercial, the training doesn't always benefit our clients- The Mumaw Claster Group of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty believes in going beyond the contract and taking care of the extraordinary- that will benefit our clients the most. With an elite level of white glove concierge service, we leverage opportunities, our vast network, and find homes before they are even on the market. We started concierge realty in Baltimore. Our team has crafted the concept and we'll go above and beyond- always. That will benefit them the most.
