Noah Dewhirst

Prior to joining Passov Group, Noah began his career at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where he played integral roles in both Real Estate and FP&A. On the real estate team, Noah was responsible for underwriting lease negotiations and capital investments across the globe. Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Noah credits his interest in the real estate industry to his dad, whom he worked alongside in real estate investing, real estate law and property management, from a young age. Noah studied Economics and Finance at Miami University, where he was a senator on Miami's Associated Student Government, as well as a member of the Real Estate Club. Noah bought his first property at the age of 22, and hasn't looked back. Being a landlord allows him to approach both the landlord and tenant representation processes with a much wider range of perspective, contributing to better understanding his clients' needs.
