ZillowVERIFIEDNoah was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm glad to have worked with Noah. As you know, the first quarter of 2022 was challenging for buyers of residential real estate. There was an acute shortage of low-to-mid tier listings and buyers were racing in before the Federal Reserve raised the benchmark rates too high. On top of that, there were a lot Millennial buyers, more affluent Bay Area transplants, and investors shopping the low-to-mid market in the Sacramento region.My first four offers were bested by cash buyers and/or bidding wars. It was my fifth offer that was successful. This was quite the opposite of my past buying experience during the Great Recession in 2010. Throughout the 3-month shopping experience, Noah was helpful and responsive; he provided positive energy when I was discouraged by the bidding wars. I believe he provided objective advise. Throughout the process, I was fortunate to have a very knowledgeable and experienced agent through shopping and loan closing.
