He was one of three top brokers recommended to us, as we were selling a rental property in El Centro, and planning to purchase a duplex in the Modesto area with the proceeds. First, he showed us where to find cash-flowing rental properties, and he even had a few in his own portfolio to show us. We successfully completed the 1031 Exchange into a Modesto duplex that was found by Nino.
