Owners of homes who have come to me to sell their homes will be provided with professional photography tailored to their homes at no cost to them. I also will higher a design team to stage their home if it is vacant, assist them with scheduling all repairs if necessary, send weekly updates about the status of their transaction, and more. Clients who are coming to me to purchase a home will also be provided with those services. At every showing they will be given the property condition disclosure to the home which we are in, connected with local home inspectors and lenders who are amazing at their jobs, given weekly updates, and more. Each client's experience will be unique and I will adjust my service according to their wants and needs. My focus is on thier complete satisfaction.
