Id like to rate Nina as a Property Manager, not a real estate agent.Nina was hired to assist with property management as owner is out of state. Her communication was not ok. Had to reach out to her time and time again for updates, someones got them, lots of times ignored. Had so many issues with Person she had RE-do floors and only once through the 3 weeks dealing with flooring guy did we hear from her. And that was just to confirm the initial start date. She didnt even stop by when there were issues or to see final outcome. Do not hire her as a property manager. Youll regret it.

Wow! What can I say? Ms. Jordan was very knowledgeable of my town ( far more than my other realtor). I was greatly pleased by the detail information she offered us (down to the best local dry cleaner). The minute my home inspection came in she negotiated the repairs and final details, faster than I could have ever imagined.
