Knowing Nina, it seems like she has always been a part of our extended family. She has been wonderful! We lived in East Williston and after over 22 years, we decided to retire in sunny Florida. It was a difficult decision as we lived on Long Island all our lives and we, as a family, had accumulated lots of "things" over the years. We were fortunate to have met Nina through a close friend. Deciding to sell your home is never easy. When my wife and I decided to move, we did a lot of research to find which agent to represent us and came upon Nina Harris. She has a stellar reputation, lives locally and has sold many, many homes in the area. When we met with her we knew immediately that she would be the one and we are so happy we made the right choice. She priced our home correctly, had beautiful pictures taken (after seeing them, I wanted to buy my home!), and marketed it extensively. We had multiple buyers after the first open house. That was great, but we never realized we had open permits from before purchasing our home, which would have prevented us from closing on it.
