If I could give Nina 10 (ten) stars I would. She was the only agent I interviewed who was truly an expert in this market and location (Herricks School District). She went above and beyond to market my house while at the same time being down to earth and easy to do business with. She was reachable and responsive. Possibly the most valuable aspect of working with Nina was her extensive list of trusted contractors and professionals whom we had the pleasure of using to help us through the selling process. Knowing Nina, it seems like she has always been a part of our extended family. She has been wonderful! We lived in East Williston and after over 22 years, we decided to retire in sunny Florida. It was a difficult decision as we lived on Long Island all our lives and we, as a family, had accumulated lots of "things" over the years. We were fortunate to have met Nina through a close friend. Nina sold my friend's parent's house which had been rented and she had a great experience, working closely with Nina and finally closing. They are still friends. Nina as our realtor, became our point person. She was beyond helpful. As my husband and I both were still working full time and had already purchased our Florida home, Nina took the ball and ran with it. She took care of everything and has great ideas. Nina is a fantastic resource, recommending economical services available in the area. She met with the attorney, architect, engineer, surveyor, electrician, plumber, exterminator, painter, handyman, inspectors and village representatives, until all selling requirements were met (including Certificates of Occupancy (CO) approvals). She kept us updated every step of the way. She was able to guide us through the NY, county and village home selling process, negotiations and documentation requirements. Nina is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to detail. She knows the area and is able to close the deal (even if there is a hiccup). She goes the extra mile. I sincerely recommend Nina to anyone planning on selling (or purchasing) a home.

Nina is the best, she knows the area and market very well and what is and isn't realistic. I've worked with her multiple times to buy and sell. She helped me buy my condo as well as sell it, and buy and eventually sell my house after that which sold for above asking within a week. Nina never made me feel like I was just a paycheck and always had my best interest both with the buying and selling processes. If I could have used her to buy a house in the state I moved to I would have.

Nina has abundance of experience as a real estate broker. I had the pleasure of working with Nina recently, even though she wasnt representing me, she advocated for all parties and worked tirelessly for a smooth transfer of home ownership.
