We honestly couldnt recommend Nicole enough. She is an amazing realtor. Buying a house is a very scary and financially stressful process, especially for somebody who is new to the whole thing. Nicole honestly made it extremely easy, very relaxed, comfortable, and stress free. She is very knowledgeable about what to look for when purchasing a home. Which is very helpful for first home time buyers who really dont know what to look for.(Example: gave us pros and cons of each house we saw/ good knowledge about foundations /lifespans of things /what it might cost in the future to have something break and need to be fixed. Having her walk us through this process I wouldnt have wanted any other realtor. She really is a 10 out of 10! She was flexible with our schedule to go and do open houses and or make appointments to view. Even if it was on weekends or late in the evening when we were able to get off work. Very responsive and anytime we had a question she had an answer. I felt complete trust with Nicole. Knowing she had our backs and truly was looking at all the factors each house held. Any first time home buyers definitely use Nicole as your realtor she will stop you from buying a money pit. She wants to actually get you into your dream house instead of just trying to get a sale. I cannot thank her enough. It has been a very long and difficult road for us as a family and to finally be in our first family home is amazing. The boys love there new bedroom and there soon to be toy room.
