I connected with her via a coworker who worked with her for her own house purchase (and was connected via her hairdresser, so you know it's going to be good) and had such a smooth time. I had no real expectations going in, since this was my first time buying, but Nina made everything so easy. She knows amazing lender and attorney teams and it felt like all I had to do was ask a few confirmatory questions to be sure I understood the documents before e-signing and the rest just worked. She was available via text for those late night suddenly-remembered questions, and was always great at explaining the process and upcoming steps. Again, I cannot recommend her enough; not only was this process incredibly smooth but now I know what to look for/have some standards for any future buys!
