Nila has been helpful from get go and very approachable in our property search. She helped us vet through various leads, walk us through properties in details over face-time as we are out of state buyers. She also drove through neighborhood, access roads and nearby areas for properties that we thought of pursuing to understand future potential. Nila suggested pros & cons, and diligently follow up with realtors to get additional details as we requested. Finally, we were able to put competitive offer on a property and got into contract after some clarifications. Nila clarified all of our questions and followed up with sellers agent, title company multiple times and made sure all our concerns are addressed before closing.
