Nikkia is wonderful to work with. It wasn't uncommon for me to contact her late at night, and receive a response quickly. She is the nicest, most welcoming realtor I have worked with. She was able to sell my home that had been stale on the market for years, in less than 3 months. Nikkia earned every penny of her realtor fee. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with her. You would be doing yourself a disservice to overlook her as your next realtor.

Nikkia went out of her way to assist us in finding a new home.
