Working with Nicolle was awesome! I called her in late April looking for her advice on where to get a mortgage. She recommended 3 places and provided the contact information right on the spot. Once we were pre-approved Nicolle began showing us houses and scheduled the showings at our convenience which was excellent. Nikki was our third realtor. She showed our house more in the 1st weekend then the other two did the entire time they held the listing. And it didn't stop there, she just kept them coming. We had already moved out of state when Nikki took over. It was the middle of winter and she made sure our driveway was plowed and the walkway was shoveled, she checked to make sure the oil was full, and she even staged our home to make it more appealing. She promptly returned phone calls and took the time to ease our minds when we had concerns. The only problem we had was not choosing Nikki when we first pit the house on the market.
