We sold our previous home very quickly under less than desirable circumstances and moved to to this area for my job. We were referred to Nikki James by our realtor and long time trusted friend from the Central Coast area. From the start Nikki listened close to our needs, wants and desires for what we where looking for in a new home. She responded with detailed insights into the local regulations, the character and history of the many established neighborhoods and the progress of developing new neighborhoods. For the next few months we visited dozens of homes some the Nikki and some on our own through open house visits. We looked at homes nearly every weekend with Nikki sometime Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes we would see a home and schedule our next appointment with her to see the newest listings available in advance and sometimes we would call and she would meet with us in less than an hour making all of the necessary arrangements to visit a home at the last minute. Through the process our wishes for the home we wanted would change and Nikki would always responded positively and supportive offering ongoing suggestions without missing a beat. We placed multiple bids and finally found the best fit for our needs. Nikki was a very warm, pleasant, detailed, attentive, professional the entire time. Nikki was incredible to work with to sell my mother's condo after her passing. I was concerned what the process would be like because there was a reverse mortgage on the property. Nikki helped us tremendously through the entire process - prep, offers, paperwork, and closing. Nikki knew exactly what steps to begin with and take as we went through the process. She educated us on strategies to take based on how quickly we wanted to sell and coached us through the hiccups that arose during the process. She walked us through the paperwork and answered all of our (many) questions. Nikki was always punctual; she was reliable and had excellent follow-through. Nikki has a great team behind her, including Karen Stivers who assisted us with many small projects and questions. I would highly recommend Nikki & her team to anyone looking to buy or sell!
