Nikki went above and beyond when helping us purchase our first home. Our situation was a bit different because it was right at the start of the pandemic AND we were 5 hours away in a completely other State. She was patient and understanding as we searched - we were not in a hurry to buy and we were willing to wait it out until the right one came up. We had a lot on our list of expectations so it took some time... When there was a potential home she did a walk-thru and sent us a video with an honest opinion. (During this time public tours were not allowed due to the virus and we lived so far away...)She stood by us during this time and did not become discouraged with our constant questions. When we found our match (3 months later!), she explained, step by step, the process. I am not sure we could ever thank her enough!
