ZillowVERIFIEDI asked the team that Nikki works for to give me more information on a property before I drove almost 2 hours to view it. Instead I got a text with an appointment. I called again for more info. No returned call at all. After all this I was stupid enough to show up for the appointment (completely disappointed by the property) and Nikki never showed up! No one on the team could find her or knew what to do. (Like send someone else immediately!) Do yourself a favor and don?t use Nikki? but also don?t even bother with the team. There are tons of realtors out there. Pick one that is responsible and respectful.
