She was totally attentive to our concerns and questions and was always extremely quick to respond when another question would come up. She helped us to get under contract for our new home and quickly sell our existing one during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Offering, negotiating repairs, and then closing on our new house each had some unique situations to resolve and we could not have navigated through those without Niki's help. She even was available to help us coordinate follow-up repairs after we had been living in the new house for a week. I consider her one of the premier real estate agents in DFW and especially within Denton itself as her market expertise surpasses many others.
