Our clients get their homes the absolute best marketing, and will get those homes the most views online worldwide. Having strategic partnerships with well known media outlets gets our clients the best results for the sale of their home. And when working with buyers, having Sotheby's International realty offices worldwide helps them get the best representation wherever they decide to call home. While I'm not at the office or out with clients, I spend the majority of my time with my wife and 3 boys. Spending time with my 3 active boys is my favorite, and most rewarding, use of my time outside of the office. Golf is also one of my favorite activities outside the home or office. I also love watching football, or reading a good non-fiction book. As a member of Rotary International, I am also very active in my local communities. Helping and giving back to the people and organizations who need it most is something I have great passion for. When our communities are strong, and taken care of, it creates a welcoming and safe place to call home.

We had a difficult buyer agent to deal with, he brought the buyer in at $10,000 over asking and when it appraised at the listing amount he started demanding concessions. Nik did a good job of handling a very bad situation. We have a rental that we will be bring on the market soon and we will use Nik for this sale also!
