Being 1200 miles away was not ideal but Niecey shared her knowledge of local neighborhoods and after learning about our must have features, preferences, and no-gos and helped us plan a strategy for the search for our forever home. We came to town for a week long hunt and Niecey exceeded our hopes and expectations. Niecey was wonderfully accommodating and we hit the ground running. She and her husband even picked us up at the airport to expedite our whirlwind tour and we spent the rest of the afternoon visiting the areas around the airport and Pace. She cleared her schedule for us and we really felt like we were her top priority, true VIP treatment! Remember, we were only meeting her for the time in person after many phone calls and check-ins. Niecey is very in tune with all the closing procedures and was on point throughout the process, shepherding us through the forest of inspections, title search, followups, insurance requirements, and HOA covenants. We always felt we were taken care of, and confident that all was being handled. My wife and I would rate Niecey 10 stars if we could, and recommend her without hesitation and with great enthusiasm.
