This review is long overdue! My fiance and I used Alpine Legacy to purchase our first home during the summer into the fall months of 2020, but our home-looking process started in 2018. Alpine legacy was continually wonderful through our couple-year search. They were ALWAYS available and willing to show us whatever home we wanted, and also looked out for our best interest during our home search, being very aware of mountain living quirks and the hidden costs behind that. We finally found a home we loved in July of 2020 and Nicole helped us from beginning to end. There were many frustrating moments and delays during our process and the entire time Nicole was our biggest advocate, fighter, and saving grace the entire time. As first time home buyers we knew we needed someone amazing in our corner to help secure our first home, and literally through a world-wide pandemic, an unexpected job loss, wildfires, evacuations, closing delays, property line issues, and sellers who often didn't make our time any easier, Nicole and Alpine Legacy were there for us and made this purchase possible.
