I cannot even begin to describe how fortunate I was to stumble across Nicole and engage her as my Buyer's Agent. For a relatively small ($500K+) purchase of an island home on Lake Winnipesaukee which was a real mess and very complicated, convoluted transaction which took ~6 months to close, Nicole did 51 (fifty-one) phone calls with me for which I have notes (and dozens of others for which I did not take notes); she personally visited the island spot multiple times during very rough winter weather conditions; I can see 122 emails from Nicole in my inbox during this period. She was incredibly responsive (often multiple phone calls per day) and very clearly prioritized enabling my personal dream of owning a place on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. I believe any other real estate agent would have walked away from this incredibly complicated and relatively small transaction. Nicole took a genuine interest in understanding the complexities of the situation and invested the time and willpower to overcome each and every difficulty. Through her network of local connections - several of whom indicated they would do anything to help out Nicole and sometimes described her as "a dear friend" - she helped to discover a solution to a Septic issue of which even the local septic company was unaware, and then Nicole invested the time to convince that firm of this possibility, which succeeded in the end. In the process Nicole quickly came to understand what was important to my wife and children and explained to me much of the Lake history and current trends, while also clearly highlighting the potential financial risks of the situation. My sense is that Nicole is motivated by enabling your hopes and dreams to come true, 100% honest to the very core, and is clearly willing to sacrifice her own time and expense to achieve a successful outcome. She put in about 100x more time and effort into this transaction than any other real estate agent I've worked with in the past decade, while other agents viewed this situation as a complete waste of time. She is a lovely personality to work with, deserving of complete trust, has the best interests of the lake community at heart, and it seems to me that she is just a wonderful human being. Would give 6 stars if Zillow allowed me to!!
