We were interested in renting a house shown by this agent. After seeing the house, we filled out a rental application and forwarded it to Nicole within 2 days and she confirmed receipt saying shed get back to us. We sent an email with our application asking her to please fill in the blanks so we could sign itaEUR"specifically we left the move in date blank and a couple of other items that only the listing agent would know such as security deposit. We asked her to please fill this in an get back to us. We were legitimately going to rent this place, and had a flexible budget and move in date. A week later we followed up asking her what the status is. Her lame response was aEURoeoh I thought I got back to you. We chose someone else with a sooner move in date.aEUR? Considering we sent the form ASAP and asked for follow up, one would expect a professional real estate agent to at least have the courtesy to tell us its rented. Also, with our budget, we could have afforded to rent the place pretty much whenever the landlord wanted. A competent agent would have at least expressly asked when our move in date was. In her response, she told us that we had talked about moving in August, which is literally impossible because our lease is up in July. We would have rented this place no later than 1 July but would have gladly also paid for June has she had the slightest professional courtesy to communicate with us or even follow up.

My wife and I found Nicole when we moved from Alaska to NJ in 2010. She helped us find and purchase our first home while making the process go very smooth...she was always available to answer any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable. Then, of course, it was a no-brainer to hire her as our listing agent when we decided to sell 5 years later. Within 3 days of putting our house on the market we had 5 showing requests and actually received and accepted an offer from the first couple that viewed our home. Of course that's when the tough part starts, but again Nicole was able to walk us through the entire process and made everything feel much easier than I think it would have been with a different agent. She is very personable, very confident, and backs it up with the knowledge and experience we expected. We had many bumps in the road with the sale of our home but Nicole always had the right answer for the situation. I can say with complete certainty, I don't believe things would have worked out as well as they did had it not been for Nicole. During the process of buying and selling, you don't have the comfort of hindsight, but thanks to Nicole, everything went so well, we wouldn't have changed a thing!
