ZillowVERIFIEDBrittany Mitchell is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She sold my place and came to the rescue when I wasn't going to make the deadline to vacate. I wouldn't have made it with out her assistance and those she found for me to hire to help. Believe me, she worked right along with these folks and even fielded the nasty calls from the buyers agent as they didn't think I would make the deadline. Well, she made it happen with time to spare. House empty and cleaned. What a godsend she is. She also sold my mom's place and is currently helping my Aunt sell her house. If you want someone that goes the extra mile and then some choose Brittany. You will be happy you did.

ZillowVERIFIEDBrittany was very knowledgeable and accommodating in all aspects of selling our home. When the inspectors found a problem with our furnace we agreed to replace the unit. The buyers then decided they just wanted cash instead. The amount was double the furnace cost. When we rejected the offer they wanted other contingencies. After going back & forth we finally told Brittany we were done playing games & to notify the other realtor of our feelings. The buyers originally gave us 4 days after closing to vacate the property. A few days before closing we found we would not need the 4 extra days. Brittany formally informed the buyers they could take posession on the closing date. They countered with giving us 1 extra day but we couldn't have our dog on the property. We rejected their offer again telling them we didn't need or want any extra days, they could have it at closing. Brittany had to make several more attempts to settle the possession dates without ever getting any return calls or paperwork from the other realtor. She finally contacted other agencies to find out our rights. She is willing to go above & beyond the normal duties of a realtor to make your experience as easy as possible. We highly reccomend Brittany!!
