Nicole is the absolute best! She?s knowledgeable, professional, prepared, and readily available! She listed our house and helped us to sell it quickly and for top dollar so we can buy our forever home. Nicole is simply the best! We decided to work with her off of exceptional referrals from my colleagues. She is extremely communicative, intuitive, and precise. Throughout the process of us buying our house, we felt incredibly secure and in control of the process because of her expertise and guidance. Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with! She has incredible people skills and is a top notch communicator. Despite always being busy (since she is in high demand) she would either answer our calls immediately when she was not with a client or typically within an hour if she was with clients for a showing. We had a hassle free experience where she had us in contract in less than 2 weeks with multiple offers and closed in just over 2 months.
