We have used Nicole both to buy a house and then to sell that same house a few years later.Both times our situation was complicated, we were moving to the area from out of town when buying and then when we were selling we had already moved across the country.When we were buying she gave us feedback on commuting, traffic, schools, answered every question and had a full line up of professionals that she worked with when we asked for recommendations. We closed quickly and seamlessly.When selling, she literally went above and beyond! We were across the country and truly needed more help and guidance from her than she should have given us. Again she had professionals that she recommended that we could trust and had the house ready to be listed and sold in record time, during a pandemic nonetheless. I can not recommend her enough, she is the right balance of professional, yet kind and personable. You can be confident that you are in good hands if she's your realtor.

I bought my house as a short sale. I had no clue what that meant. Nicole spent months and months working on the deal. Even after we closed she still stays in touch and talks out all of my questions and concerns with me. I would recommend her to anyone.
