Nicole really has a passion for real estate and helping her clients get into the right home. The current real estate market is so dynamic. My wife and I had been working with Nicole and her team since February 2022 and recently close mid July. We are first time home buyers so needed a lot of assistance. Nicole recommended lists of loan officers, lawyers, inspectors, etc and explained to me the pathway to getting into my home. Nicole also helps you be realistic about your purchase. When looking for an agent one of the things I noticed on her profile is that she donates a portion of her commissions to Childrens Specialized hospital. That stood out to me because my mother worked there in Mountainside for yrs. At closing Nicole gave my wife and I a really nice gift basket with a lot of practical items for us to use in our home. Nicole cares about her clients. Its something that you can hear in her voice inflection when you speak to her on the phone, or see in her eyes when you are touring homes in person. Yes there were challenges and disappointments along my buying processaEUR|got outbid several times on homes I wanted or certain contingencies werent accepted by Sellers but in the end Nicole helped us reach our goal of being in a home within our timeline. I would be remiss if I didnt mention Lisa Manz another agent on Nicoles team that worked with my wife and I as well. If ever Nicole wasnt available Lisa was there. Lisa is a go getter with Brooklyn roots and is very vocal for clients/buyers. If any challenges arose she was very supportive and helped us many times reset mentally. Buying a home can be an emotional process and you always needs someone to help you see things for what they really are so you have clarity to make the right decisions and evaluate homes properly. I highly recommend working with Nicole and the Palmeri ReMax Team to achieve you home buying/selling goals.

Tina was great to work with. This was my first time selling a home and just the thought of selling was over whelming. Tina was there for us every step of the way. I had lots of questions and called her so many times every day.She usually had the answers to my questions and if she didn't she would find the answer and get back to me promptly. She helped me find a mover, an attorney, to do what had to be done to attain the certificate of occupancy from the town and just countless little things that I would have never though of.
