In 2017 I was looking for a home in specific school district in the Vail area of Arizona. I had been working out of state for some time and had friends in the area helping me. In their search, the found a home that was listed by Nicole Palese. She showed them the home and they reported back to me with their evaluation. They introduced me to Nicole over the phone and from then on Nicole became my resource for not only the purchase of the home (which I didn't see until the day of the closing) but inspection services, painters, plumbers and roofers.
