I found Nicole thatnks to a quick search of realtors that specialized in selling folks heading into supported care. My wife's grandmother needed to move into a nursing home and the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in DRB needed to be sold asap to fund her care. To compound the situation, the unit needed to be fumigated, emptied and deep cleaned. Ready for more? We couldn't travel to Florida regularly. We sold our condo and we were planning on moving out of the county, 2 counties north to be exact. We needed to find the best most qualified real estate agent possible. We called Nicole Miller, PA Real Estate Broker Associate with Realty 100. She sold my moms condo for us just when Covid was raging through Florida.
