ZillowVERIFIEDI truly enjoyed working with Nicole during my home buying experience. This is the second time I have used Nicole and our experience together was much different. The first time, it was a buyer's market and things were a breeze. This time around, it was a seller's market, but Nicole's support gave me hope that we'd find the right place (and beat other offers when the time came).We looked at nearly 20 homes all throughout the Green Bay area. While some homes were in areas Nicole wasn't as familiar with, she was eager to learn and research the neighborhoods with me. She knew safety was my #1 priority and so every house we looked at me she'd ask how I felt about the neighborhood. At times when I was on the fence, she wouldn't push me one way or another, but she would always kindly point out that if it was the right one..I would KNOW.When the right one finally came along, I knew I had to see it. Within minutes of it being posted online, I was texting Nicole. We were in the house within an hour (ahead of 20 other showings) and made an offer within two hours of seeing it. Nicole and I debated the offer, looking at other homes nearby and homes of similar layout. Her knowledge and patience was a godsend during this stressful time. She helped me crunch numbers and supported me when I finally decided on a number.Once the home was secured, Nicole remained hands-on, letting me know next steps, answering my questions (even the dumb ones) and was truly just as excited as I was when I moved in. Since then, she has checked in occasionally to see how things are going. She loves to see the updates I've done.
